This 4-week online group journey is an intimate, guided experience rooted in the Buteyko Method. We work with the breath not to push through — but to slow down, soften, and rediscover the natural intelligence already within you.

We meet for 5 live sessions across 4 weeks — with an extra session in Week 1 to build a strong foundation together. Each week builds on the last, weaving breath techniques, awareness practices, and community support into a gentle but profound transformation.

The programme starts at the end of May 2026. Exact dates will be shared very soon — but you can already reserve your spot or send a message to ask about availability. Places are very limited to keep the group small and personal.

know.

Not at all. This journey is designed for complete beginners as well as those with some experience. We start from the very foundations and build gently together.
Sessions are not recorded. This is a conscious and important choice — cameras will be on during exercises so I can observe, correct and support each participant in real time. Recording would compromise that safety and comfort. What happens in the group, stays in the group. This is how we create a space where everyone feels truly at ease.
The opening session (Session 1 in Week 1) is 75 minutes — we take a little extra time to meet each other, set the foundations, and make sure everyone feels settled. All subsequent sessions are 60 minutes. Between sessions, you'll have a daily practice of 30–60 minutes to integrate the techniques into your routine.
Because sessions are not recorded, attendance at each live session is important. If something unavoidable comes up, please reach out and we'll do our best to support you. You'll also have access to a group chat to stay connected between sessions.
